Specialized birthmark and vascular anomaly care for children

We were the first program on the West Coast to specialize in treating birthmarks and vascular anomalies (problems with the blood or lymph vessels). Our experts provide state-of-the-art, highly specialized care for all types of vascular anomalies, from common conditions to those that are rare, complex or difficult to treat. We treat vascular growths, such as infantile and congenital hemangiomas, and vascular malformations, such as port-wine stain birthmarks.

Your child receives care from a collaborative team of experts that may include:

Convenient, coordinated care

During the first appointment, your child will see several specialists, preventing the need for multiple visits. Afterward, the team meets to review your child's medical history, physical exam findings, biopsy results and imaging studies. We then share our recommendations for next steps and a personalized treatment plan.
