About me
Meredith R. Russell is a pediatric nurse practitioner who cares for children with endocrine conditions. She is passionate about advocating and caring for underserved populations, as well as treating children with complex conditions, including brain and spinal tumors, differences of sex development, and disorders requiring bone marrow transplants.
With a background in endocrinology, research and education, Russell has a particular interest in using health information technologies to improve the quality and safety of health care while lowering its costs.
Russell earned her master's degree in nursing at UCSF, completing the advanced practice program to become a pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in acute care. She later earned a doctor of nursing practice degree at Samuel Merritt University. She is an active member of the Endocrine Society.
