About me
Fabienne Hollinger is a nurse practitioner who cares for children with solid tumors, as well as those participating in early phases of clinical trials (studies that evaluate promising new treatments). She specializes in treating patients with neuroblastoma (a cancer involving nerve cells that most often affects young children), including those receiving MIBG therapy (a type of radiation therapy that targets neuroblastoma cells). Previously, as a nurse, she cared for pediatric patients with blood cancers, including those undergoing blood or bone marrow transplantation. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in pediatric oncology since 2007.
Hollinger earned her master's degree in nursing in the clinical nurse specialist program at San Francisco State University, where she also completed the work to achieve her family nurse practitioner certification.
